Digital Greenhouse Upcoming Events

Jan 26th - Innovation night : public services and business learning from each other, Digital Greenhouse

This evening event will comprise a mix of presentations and discussions on how governments and companies are thinking differently to solve problems and create new opportunities. The key aim is to use this evening to learn from each other. More details can be found here.

Jan 29th - Global Games Jam, Digital Greenhouse

TinkTec Studios will be holding the Guernsey Global Games Jam at the Digital Greenhouse on 29th - 31st January 2016. A theme will be set for teams and individuals to then design their game over the weekend. This event will be for anyone interested in games design or with a creative spark.

Feb 06th - Digital ACE, Beau Sejour

This free event will provide guidance on online safety and security and also showcase the many areas that digital touches our lives in a very positive way. Digital ACE is about providing people with an environment that can feed and support their Aspirations, providing people with the inspiration and tools to Create new things, and to Empower us all to learn, discover and be safe in our amazing digital world. Feb 19th - Tedx St Peter Port, Beau Sejour.

TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Inspiring speakers from all over the world will be there to answer challenging questions relevant to local issues, along with local speakers who are delivering community level innovation projects that have a positive impact on the island. Feb 20th - Community Hackathon, Digital Greenhouse.

To capture some of the energy from TEDxStPeterPort there is a Community Hackaton. The objective will be to create a legacy from the week and to start forming teams to solve problems in the community.
